A chilly autumn day



Oil on hardboard 8" x 8"

I am fascinated by light coming through the gaps in between these old buildings. Just love their heavy, clunky structures. This photograph is not picking up the colours as well as I would have liked though.

Yep, it's a bit wintery isn't it. Not a good photo though, the real thing (painting I mean) is a bit warmer.

Hi e, nah, we haven't lost them yet - that was taken from a pic of early December last year, LOL. Am going to try to fit some leafy ones in before the darkness descends.
